The Ramayana (Great Indian Sanskrit epic written by sage Valmiki ) .
It is ascribed to the Hindu sage Valmiki and forms an important part of the Hindu canon , considered to be itihasa. it depicts the duties of relationships, portraying ideal characters like the ideal father, the ideal brother, the ideal wife and the ideal king. It is a Epic of a victory of good over evil.
Ramayana is not just a story it presents the teachings of ancient Hindu sages(Vedas) in narrative allegory, interspersing philosophical and devotional elements. The characters Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, Bharata, Hanuman and Ravana are all fundamental to the cultural consciousness of India and Nepal.
Verses in the Ramayana are written in a 32-syllable meter called anustubh. The Ramayana was an important influence on later Sanskrit poetry and Indian life and culture. Ramayana is not just a story: it presents the teachings of ancient Hindu sages(Vedas) in narrative allegory, interspersing philosophical and devotional elements.

Ramayana- Ravan Vedvati Curse
The three part story where the Ravan got the curse by Vedvati which forms the storyline of the Great Indian Epic Ramayana. To defeat & kill Ravan ,Vishnu Ji took avtaar as Lord Rama.
Vedavati was speculated to have been the spirit of Sita Devi, the wife of Lord Rama in the epic Ramayana. She was another avatar of Devi Laxmi.
Rawan a rakshasa(evil), was the king of Lanka. After performing severe penance for ten thousand years he received a boon from the creator-God Brahma. he could henceforth not be killed by Gods, demons, or spirits.

This is the two part story where Brahama ji announces, Bhagwan Vishnu's Manushya avtaar, so that the Ravan & other Demons can be destroyed and Universe can be saved.
Ramayan- Putresthi Yagya
This chapter covers the Bal-kanda of the Ramayana. Here are the story of the Dushratha and Vedas. King Dushratha does pytresthi yagya to get a son.
The Vedas declare that the sacrifice is the cause of producing sons, but in reality it does not happen.
